Bots for a store: sales, marketplaces, suppliers, ads
Four Telegram bots I built for Contractor. Each one removes a specific manual task — from answering a customer to the morning ad report.
AI sales assistant
Answers customers like an experienced salesperson: finds products in the CRM, checks size and use case, builds the cart, places the order and takes payment. Reminds about abandoned carts. Speaks three languages.

CRM → Prom and Rozetka
A manager drops a HugeProfit Excel export into the chat — the bot prepares the marketplace catalogue with photos and sizes and sends it to Prom and Rozetka.

Single inbox for suppliers
Each supplier writes to the bot in regular Telegram, and the team sees everything in one group, with a separate topic per supplier. Replies from the group go back to the supplier.

Ad reports and control
In progress. Every morning at 09:00, a short report: Google and Meta spend, website orders by UTM and return on ad spend. A detailed report on the 1st and 15th. Urgent alerts when a balance runs low or tracking breaks.
