Contractor: one store, from logo to bots
A gear store that helps each customer pick equipment for their task. I built its brand, content, website, promo video and the bots that remove manual work.
The task
The gear niche is full of skulls, shields and stencils. Contractor wanted the opposite: a calm, grown-up voice people trust — and a system the team can run on its own, without a designer for every post.
Mark and wordmark
The C■ mark is built on a grid: 448 × 320, a 64 gap and a 76 square. The CONTRACTOR■ wordmark uses a dense grotesque, and the square becomes the full stop — the same element as in the mark.
Colour
Graphite, field white, olive and sand form the base. There is only one orange, and it is used only for attention: a price, a button, an accent.

9 posts, a carousel, stories and templates — a system the team fills in on its own. I create catalogue images from references with AI and label them as AI visualisations, not photos.
Website
contractor.kiev.ua — my design and front-end. The catalogue works like a field manual — in the same calm system as the brand.
Video
A 22-second promo assembled from the website itself. One version for the feed, one vertical version for reels.
Automation
Bots are the store’s nervous system. The AI assistant picks products and places orders. The CRM bot exports the catalogue to Prom and Rozetka. The single inbox brings supplier conversations into one group. A fourth bot, in progress, reports on Google and Meta ads every morning.
Each bot is covered in detail on the “Bots for a store” page. →
Brand → content → website → video → bots. One person, one system the team runs on its own.
Want the same for your business?
Tell me briefly what you sell and what you want to improve. The AI assistant will clarify the details and pass the task to me.
